Every day we’re ready to give our customers the best possible service. In the unlikely event that your product does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
When you contact us, the quality department will need information about the product: name, variant, packaging size, date code and time (found on the label or lid) and of course your full name, telephone number and postal address.
We may ask for the product to be returned – postal costs will of course be refunded.
