Good Food Group is looking for an Assistant Team Leader for the honey production factory in Aulum, Denmark.

About the job
As an employee team leader, you will be responsible for the bottling and production of honey, where we produce 4,800 tons of honey annually, divided into 13 million units. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for implementing the production plan in an efficient and quality-conscious manner.
Your duties will include working with sensors, assessing product development opportunities, ensuring the correct operation of process equipment and contributing to the assessment of product quality. You'll play a central role in the precipitation department, where your responsibilities include planning the work, recording raw materials consumed, quality control of the process and product, and ensuring that the departments reach their set production targets. You work with and take your share of the departments' operational tasks and therefore have a decisive influence on the result. You report to the factory manager.
Preferred qualifications
You have experience from the food industry as a dairy worker, food technician, process operator or similar and are now ready to learn a new product. You have a keen interest in food safety and an ambition to become a skilled team leader.
Personal competencies
As a person, you are self-driven, solution-oriented, enterprising, business-oriented, curious and participative. You work in a structured and disciplined way, which is crucial in a busy department, but you also know how to create calm and are adaptable when the production plan needs to be reprioritized. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in the optimization and implementation process of process equipment, in close collaboration with our technical department. So if you have technical skills and experience with controls, pumps and valves, that's an advantage.
