The apricot jam from Skælskør Frugtplantage® is the taste of summer and sun-ripened apricots. The jam has a sweet and mild flavour, which lends itself incredibly well to a multitude of dishes in both sweet and savoury cuisine. Try it with pancakes, at the cheese table or on its own on toast.
Ingredients: Sugar, 45% apricots, water, lemon concentrate, gelling agent: pectin (E440), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202). Made from 45 g of fruit per 100g.
