Sun Island raisins are seedless grapes that are dried either in large heaters or on clothes in the baking sun. Raisins can be enjoyed naturally - often as a substitute for sweets. In cooking, they are used mainly in baked goods, confectionery and desserts, or as an accompaniment in salads and rice dishes.
