Acacia honey from Jakobsens is a very mild and sweet honey with a slight hint of vanilla and tropical fruit, made from the nectar of acacia flowers. It has a light golden color and a liquid consistency that makes it easy to pour and use. Honey is a natural product. As a natural process, liquid honey can crystallize over time. Put the honey in a hot water bath and it will become liquid again.
