Bearnaise sauce is a classic that goes well with many of the usual Danish dishes. This Bearnaise Sauce from Svansø is wonderfully creamy with a rich flavour, and is ready to serve either at room temperature or it can be thawed before serving. Bearnaise sauce can be flavoured with tomato paste or chilli sauce, and served as chorizo sauce.
Ingredients: Water, rapeseed oil, modified corn starch, sugar, tarragon vinegar (1.5%), chicken stock (yeast extract, salt, chicken fat and stock), salt, EGG FLOWERS (1.2%), natural BUTTER FLAVOUR and spice extract, onion (0.4%), acidity regulator (E270), flavour enhancer (E621), MILK PROTEIN, preservative (E202, E211), stabiliser (E415), herbs (tarragon (0.08%), parsley (0.06%)), colour (E160a), maltodextrin.
