The company sells a wide range of food products, including honey, jams, sauces, dressings, nuts, grains and seeds under well-known brands such as Svansø, Jakobsens and Skælskør Frugtplantage and private label.
We are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our finance team - currently consisting of eight dedicated colleagues. In this role, you will have ample opportunity for development and sparring and can look forward to the following responsibilities and tasks:
Your role covers a wide range of tasks, including the following:
Invoice match against purchase orders
Expense invoices
Accounts receivable follow-up
Payments and reconciliations
Month-end and year-end reconciliation tasks
Master data maintenance
Participation in efficiency improvement and digitalisation of the function
Various ad hoc tasks in the accounting department
Your overall reference will be to the company's Group Finance Manager, but on a daily basis you will report to the Team Leader Finance.
Proactive and positive Finance Assistant
With your systematic work style and natural overview, you can be relied on to complete your tasks on time and to the agreed quality time and time again. At the same time, you quickly build good relationships with your colleagues and business partners as you are both proactive and positive, which rubs off on those around you. You're happy to lend a helping hand - and conversely, you're not afraid to raise your hand if you need help yourself.
You probably come from a similar position - preferably in an international manufacturing company. You have good knowledge of ERP systems - preferably M3 - and if you also know BI tools, that's a plus. You are fluent in both Danish and English.
