Whole grain rice from Svansø. This type of rice goes as one of the healthiest and most natural forms of rice. The brown colour of the rice is due to the fact that the husks have not been removed. As the rice is not steamed before packing, it has to be cooked a lot longer than ordinary white rice. Fortunately, brown rice contains 4 times more dietary fibre than white rice. Dietary fibre is the fibre that makes you feel fuller after a meal.
