The blackcurrant jam from Skælskør Frugtplantage® has a fresh and mild taste of late summer's tart blackcurrants. With its intense flavour, the jam is extremely suitable for the cheese table or in tasteful baked goods. The jam tastes great on a piece of coarse bread or crispbread, but it is also very suitable in a yoghurt trifle, for desserts or directly on top of a portion of warm oatmeal.
Ingredients: 45% blackcurrants, sugar, water, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate. Made from 45 g of fruit per 100 g.
