Now we at Svansø are launching a classic creamy remoulade in a slightly coarser version, which we have developed in collaboration with Danish fish restaurants.
A "gourmet" remoulade for those who want a coarse version of the traditional remoulade for the coarse fries, sandwiches, gourmet hot dogs or the fish buffet, where the requirement is a more stable remoulade that does not 'slip' off the bread.
