Svansø Coarse Remoulade is made with eggs from free-range hens. The remoulade has a delicious creamy consistency and goes perfectly with the crispy fish fillet, fries or classic sandwiches. It comes in a handy 10 kg bucket, which makes it easy to use in the commercial kitchen.
