Svansø's 5-grain mix is a blend of rye kernels, cracked wheat kernels, flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. The mixture is suitable for baking coarse buns and if you want the kernels to be juicy and soft, you can soak the mixture in water overnight or give them a short boil.
Ingredients: WHEAT, RYE, flaxseed, SESAME, sunflower seeds. May contain traces of mustard, almonds, hazelnuts, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, pecans, pistachios, peanuts and walnuts.
