The apricot/gooseberry jam from Skælskør Frugtplantage® has a fresh and well-balanced taste, which comes from the sweet apricots combined with the tart taste of gooseberries. A wonderful and different jam, which tastes great on a piece of toast or with pancakes with ice cream. It can also be used as a filling for water pastries, cakes or other baked goods. It comes in a handy 265g jar, perfect for smaller households or for families who want a variety of jams in the home.
Ingredients: 50% fruit (30% apricot from EU and non-EU and 20% gooseberry from EU), sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate. Made from 50g of fruit per 100g.
