Coleslaw Dressing from Svansø is a classic dressing, which is ideal for the well-known salad with white cabbage and carrot. Coleslaw can be varied almost infinitely with this dressing, by adding for example pointed cabbage and broccoli or red cabbage and apple. The flavour is finely balanced and the texture creamy. The dressing is ready to use in a tasty cabbage or salad.
