Jakobsens Danish Spring Honey is a seasonal honey harvested by bees from flowering fruit trees and shrubs as well as the first flowers of spring, such as crocus, hawthorn and erantis. Spring honey is a light honey with a mild and sweet floral flavor. It is ideal on bread with its lovely texture and, like other honeys, can be used as a substitute for sugar in cooking, desserts and baked goods.
