The honey is a seasonal honey collected from rapeseed fields throughout Denmark, where the harvest yield is completely dependent on wind and weather. The honey has a mild, medium-sweet taste reminiscent of sunshine and Danish spring. The honey has a firm consistency and a light color. It is perfect as a spread, in baked goods and desserts.
