With the Strawberry Jam from Skælskør Frugtplantage® you get a jam with a wonderful, mild and round taste of sun-ripened strawberries. The jam is sold in a handy 265 g jar size, which is perfect for smaller households or for families who want several different jam varieties at home. With our strawberry jam, you get a jam that is perfect on top of a slice of toast. It's also great in baked goods and desserts or directly on top of your yoghurt or skyr in the morning.
Ingredients: 50% strawberries (EU and non-EU), sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, thickener: xanthan gum. Made from 50 g of fruit per 100 g.
