Svansø Aioli with chili is a nice spicy version of the classic aioli or garlic mayonnaise. Here, chilli is added along with garlic, and the flavour is very suitable for meat, fish and poultry, but also very much for vegetables. Aioli with chilli, for example, can be served as a dip with baked root vegetables or boiled potatoes, or with fresh vegetable sticks. Aioli with chilli is also indispensable in fresh spring rolls or as an accompaniment to sushi. The chilli flavour comes through nicely and adds character without overpowering, and the aioli with chilli has a lovely creamy texture that makes it a delicious accompaniment.
