Svansø Green Pesto is made in Tuscany according to a traditional Italian recipe. It is precisely the geographical location of the production that is decisive for our green pesto to be called "Pesto alla Genovese".
Ingredients: Basil (45%) (EU), sunflower oil, Grana Padano cheese (MILK, salt, cheese rennet, preservative (lysozyme from EGG)) (3.5%) (EU), extra virgin olive oil, CASHEWN NUTS (2,8%) (non-EU), water, vegetable fibre, sugar, salt, Pecorino Romano cheese(MILK, salt, cheese rennet)(1%)(EU), potato powder, pine nuts (1%)(non-EU), lactic acid, natural flavour, garlic.
