It contains rapeseed oil, egg yolks, chilli and garlic, and goes well with dishes that need a little bite. It is ideal as a dip for baked vegetables and potatoes, sandwiches and burgers. Svansø Aioli with chilli comes in a drop cap bottle, so it's easy to dose.
