Svansø Organic Aioli is a creamy garlic mayonnaise, which originates from Provence. This organic aioli is made from real mayonnaise and has a good and rich garlic flavour, without being strong. The spicy flavour makes aioli suitable as a dip or accompaniment to all kinds of vegetables, both in raw and cooked servings, but also as a spread in burgers and sandwiches, for example. Aioli also provides a good counterpoint to both fish, poultry and meat, and goes well with tapas, for example. Our organic aioli is flavoured with vinegar and cane sugar, and made from eggs and oil.
