Oats are a good source of protein and have a high fiber content. Svansø Org. Gluten-free Oat Flour is 100% whole grain flour and is therefore a good alternative to other white flours, but most importantly, it is suitable for gluten-free baked goods and therefore people with gluten intolerance. It can absorb a lot of liquid and is easy to bake with.
