Organic baby food is growing rapidly around the world, and the acquisition of the assets of Woodland Wonders Organics gives us a strong foundation for value-based branded sales across both new and existing markets.
The products (baby porridge and fruit bars) are already produced at JAN Import in Hadsund as commercial products, but with the transfer we now also get the rights to Woodland Wonders Organics' trademark, designs, packaging and websites as well as all the sales activities of Woodland Wonders Organics. The takeover will officially take place on 1 February 2021.
Made from wholesome oats and delicious fruit - and nothing else - Woodland Wonders baby porridge differs from competing products by using only natural ingredients, oatmeal and dried fruit, and therefore has a natural taste and nutrition without being highly processed.
Christina Hansen, founder and former owner of Woodland Wonders Organics ApS, will take over as product manager in connection with the transfer of activities to ensure a smooth transition phase and to promote our brand/product/concept development within this product area.
The Woodland Wonders brand and products have great sales and development potential, and we strongly believe that the acquisition will enable us to create greater value within our existing oats, grains and nuts range.
