The product range includes both sweetended and unsweetened varieties, all with a creamy taste. The product can be whipped at both low and high speeds and can achieve a whipped volume of up to 400%.

The whipped foam stays fresh with sharp peaks for several days, without collapsing, as whipped cream often does. The Sweetwhip varieties also make a good base for ice cream.
