Bearnaise sauce is a well-known sauce in Danish cuisine. Svansø Bearnaise Sauce goes well with meat and hardly needs further introduction. If you wish, you can flavor it with chili sauce or tomato paste, it is then called choron sauce, The sauce can be enjoyed at room temperature or warmed gently.
