The vegetable fat and the use of UHT (ultra high temperature) technology help to make the product long-lasting, which is an economic advantage in large kitchens. It can be used widely in the kitchen and is excellent in cooked dishes. We have added a natural aroma which gives the product a rounded delicious dairy flavour.
