Preparation

1. Cook the pasta and butter beans according to the instructions.

2. Dice the pumpkin and toss with honey and salt.

3. Bake the pumpkin cubes for 30 minutes at 200°C.

4. Grate or cut the kale into suitable sizes and toss with salt and oil.

5. Spread the kale evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 3-5 minutes.

6. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan.

7. Chop the grilled peppers and mix with the cuisine.

8. Season the dressing with salt and lemon juice.

9. Toss the pasta, butter beans, honey baked pumpkin
and kale together.

10. Place on a platter and top with toasted pumpkin seeds, parsley and pepper dressing.
