The strawberry jam from Skælskør Frugtplantage® is a jam with a wonderful, mild and round taste of sun-ripened strawberries. With our strawberry jam you get a jam that is perfect on top of freshly baked rolls and crispbread. It is also very suitable as a sweet addition to pastries and desserts or directly on top of yoghurt or skyr in the morning.
Ingredients: Sugar, 40% strawberries, water, lemon concentrate, gelling agent: pectin (E440), thickening agent: locust bean gum (E410), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202). Made from 40 g of fruit per 100 g.
