Svansø organic cane sugar is an unrefined sugar product extracted from organic sugar cane that is evaporated, crystallised and purified. The sugar has a golden colour and sweetens exactly like white sugar, but tastes of more, as the sugar contains more natural flavourings. Use organic cane sugar for tea, coffee, baking and pickling, for example. The taste can be enriched with ground cinnamon, ginger or vanilla sugar - depending on taste and use!
