Blueberry chutney

Preparation

1. Mix the onion, vinegar, sugar, grilled peppers and sambal oelek in a pan.

2. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

3. Add the blueberry porridge and heat through - do not boil.

4. Season the blueberry chutney with sambal oelek, salt and honey.

5. Cool before serving.
