Meringues:
1. Beat the egg whites until almost stiff.
2. Add the sugar and beat until stiff.
3. Finally, stir coconut flour into the mixture.
4. Spread the meringue dough into 2 round rounds (Ø: 30 cm) on a greased or lined baking tray.
5. Bake at 125 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Caramel:
1. Mix the syrup, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and whipping cream in a saucepan.
2. Boil the mixture until it starts to thicken and then cool it.
Serving:
1. Put the bottoms together with a layer of whipped cream, possibly with sour cream mixed in. Top with a layer of apple dessert.
2. Pipe the caramel in a pattern over the top layer of whipped cream on top.
