Burger Bearnaise

Preparation

1. Form the minced beef into steaks and fry in a pan.

2. Brown the burger bun, split and spread both halves with lettuce mayonnaise.

3. Spread the cut lettuce on the bottom.

4. Place the steak on top, followed by the red onion, cucumber and tomato.

5. Finally, top with bearnaise sauce before placing the top of the bun on top.
