Preparation

1. Chop the cabbage and massage it with salt and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Chop jalapenos and mix with apricot puree and lemon juice.

3. Assemble the burger with chipotle mayonnaise, cabbage, pulled pork, apricot salsa and onion rings.

Tip: Add red pepper to the salsa for more color.
