Preparation

1. Blend or blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and form small balls.

2. Garnish with chopped pistachios, freeze-dried raspberries and coconut flour.

3. Store the rum balls in the fridge until serving.

Tip: If the mixture seems too soft, or a little more "bite" is desired, a little oatmeal or almonds can be added and run along with the other ingredients.
