Cranberry marinated herring with eggs

Preparation

1. Mix the cranberry jam, salad mayonnaise and fish mustard well.

2. Drain the marinated herring and toss them in the cranberry dressing.

3. Finely grate the fennel and toss with the lemon and dill, leave to soak for 30 minutes.

4. Serve the cranberry marinated herring with pickled fennel and smiling eggs.
