Cold smoked salmon with apple compote, cucumbers and dill

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Mix the applesauce, apple cubes, grated ginger, lemon zest and salt.

2. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

3. Thinly slice the cucumber and toss with salt and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Toss the cucumbers with chopped dill and olive oil.

5. Arrange the salmon, apple compote, cucumbers and sour cream.

6. Serve with good bread.
