Danica Softice-mix is a ready-to-use ice cream mix for use directly in softice machines. With its long shelf life, the product is economical to purchase. We use vegetable fat, which gives a slower melting compared to 100% dairy-based alternatives.
Ingredients: Water, SKIMMED MILK POWDER, sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifiers (E471, E322 SOJA-LECITHIN), stabilizers (E466, E412, E407), vanilla flavouring.
