Chocolate cake with black beans

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Blend the oatmeal into a fine flour.

2. Add the beans, eggs, acacia honey and the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate) and blend for about 3 minutes until thick and smooth.

3. Stir the chocolate chips into the dough.

4. Divide the dough into ½ gastronomy dish and bake it in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serving:
Garnish the cake with skyr, quark or sour cream flavoured with vanilla. Garnish with freeze-dried berries and pistachio nuts, almonds, walnuts, etc.
