Honey-glazed pork breast seasoned with rosemary and garlic

Preparation

1. Pick 2/3 of the rosemary and chop it coarsely. Also chop the garlic.

2. Heat the honey with the garlic and rosemary - it must not boil.

3. Take it off the heat.

4. Roast the pork breast at 120 degrees for 4 hours. Then turn up the heat to 200 degrees and pour the glaze over twice. Season with salt and pepper and bake for about 15 minutes.

5. Boil the potatoes until tender and fry them until crispy in a little oil.

6. Arrange and serve.
