Autumn tart with apricot porridge and walnuts

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Crumble the butter into the wheat flour and knead it with the egg and cane sugar to form a smooth dough.

2. Put the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

3. Roll out the dough and place it in a greased pie dish (approx. 32 cm in diameter).

4. Put it in the freezer for 1 hour.

5. Mix the walnuts, honey, apricot porridge, cinnamon and egg together and spread the mixture over the tart base.

6. Bake the pie at 150 degrees for about 50 minutes.

7. Serve warm or chilled.
