Falafel bowl with honey roasted cauliflower and sour cream dressing

1. use your favorite falafel recipe or buy them ready-made.

2. Cut cauliflower into rough florets and toss with 60 g of everyday honey and olive oil. Bake the cauliflower florets in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the cauliflower florets with sesame seeds a few minutes before they are done baking.

3. Finely chop the cabbage and red onion and mix with lemon juice, 40 g everyday honey and 10 g salt. Mix well and chill in the fridge.

4. Remove the core from the cucumbers and cut them into suitable pieces.
