Svansø Lemon Juice comes from fresh, sun-ripened Italian lemons. Lemon juice can be used in many different types of dishes and is ideal for fish, dressings, salads and starters, for example, but lemon juice is also a welcome tangy addition to desserts and drinks and is easy to use to balance the other basic flavours.
