Cherry panna cotta with honey roasted almonds

Preparation

1. Bring the cream and sugar to the boil.

2. Drain the gelatine and add the hot cream. Let the mixture cool until it is lukewarm.

3. Blend the whole milk and cherry sauce and sieve it into the cream mixture while stirring well.

4. Pour the mixture into suitable serving glasses and refrigerate.

5. Toast almonds in the oven at 180 degrees.

6. When the almonds are golden, toss them with honey and continue toasting for a few minutes.

7. Allow the almonds to cool.

8. Serve the panna cotta with cherry sauce and honey roasted almonds.
