Preparation

1. Marinate the chicken strips in apricot jam and salt.

2. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 190°c.

3. Turn them in the warm marinade when they are done.

4. Toast the bread and spread with curry dressing.

5. Spread the chicken strips, onion rings, mozzarella, basil and arugula on the bread.
