Cherry salsa

Ingredients

  • 500 g cucumber
  • 2 tsp. coarse salt
  • 150 g shallots, chopped
  • 5 tbsp. red chilli, finely chopped and seedless
  • 300 g Skælskør Frugtplantage® Organic Cherry Sauce
  • Freshly ground pepper, if desired
  • Possibly a little Jakobsens Acacia honey

Preparation

1. Cut the cucumber into small pieces and toss with coarse salt. Leave to soak for 10 minutes.

2. Add the onions, chilli and cherry sauce to the cucumbers and season to taste.
