1. Preheat the oven to 225°C.
2. Scrub the potatoes and prick them.
3. Wrap them in tin foil with a little salt and bake until tender.
4. Allow to cool slightly.
5. Mix honey, finely chopped rosemary and olive oil.
6. Warm it slightly in a saucepan, if necessary.
7. Halve the potatoes and brush them with the honey marinade.
8. Grill them cut-side down or bake them in the oven until golden and caramelized, brushing them with the honey marinade along the way.
