Preparation

1. remove the skin from the salmon.

2. Place the salmon in a roasting pan, spread with orange marmalade and sprinkle with salt.

3. Bake the salmon for 10 minutes at 180°C.

4. When the salmon is slightly cooled, toss lightly with lemon juice.

5. Warm the sliders, rinse the lettuce and drain the semi-dried tomatoes.

6. Spread creamy mayonnaise on the slider and fill it with lettuce, orange marinated salmon and semi-dried tomatoes.
