1. Cut the chicken into large chunks and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken pieces until lightly golden - not cooked through. Set them aside.
3. Melt the butter in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and sauté the onions until clear and shiny.
4. Add garlic, ginger and your chosen spices and simmer for a few minutes without coloring.
5. Add the tomato concentrate and let it cook for a minute.
6. Then add the chopped tomatoes, Danica 30% and sugar.
7. Heat the sauce quickly and blend until completely smooth.
8. Pour the sauce back into the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
9. Then add the chicken pieces and simmer for about 10 minutes until they are cooked through but still juicy.
10. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with freshly cooked rice and freshly baked naan bread.
