1. Pat the fresh salmon dry and place in a greased ovenproof dish or on a baking tray.
2. Spread the orange marmalade evenly over the fish and sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and dill.
3. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tip: The salmon can also be sprinkled with almond flakes as an alternative to dill.
