1. The buckwheat groats are soaked in boiling water for 1 hour.
2. The excess water is poured off.
3. Crumble the yeast into the wheat flour. Add the water and mix on the machine for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the salt, oil and buckwheat and knead the dough on the machine for 8-10 minutes. Adjust the dough with more water if necessary.
5. The dough rises for 30-40 minutes, after which it is punched down and rises for another 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
